Due to the high prevalence of COVID-19 community spread in the area and the prevalence of new, more infectious variants of the disease, the Driftless Film Festival has instituted the following mitigation policy:
All audience members, staff, volunteers, and performers at DFF events will require proof of fully vaccinated status for no less than 14 days before the day of the event or a negative COVID-19 test administered by a health professional within the previous 72 hours.
Attendees to all-age events who are not yet old enough to receive the vaccine will be admitted with proof of a negative COVID-19 test administered within the previous 72 hours.
Attendees less than two years of age are exempt from these requirements.
We will accept the following as proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a professionally administered (physician, clinic, pharmacy, etc.) negative COVID-19 diagnostic test, along with matching photo ID:
- The original COVID-19 vaccination document or negative test result
- A physical paper copy of either document
- A snapshot on your mobile device of either document
- At home tests will not be accepted
In accordance with City of Mineral Point policies for all municipal buildings, all audience members, staff, volunteers, and performers must continue to wear masks or face coverings while not eating, drinking, or performing, regardless of vaccination status. Effective face coverings must completely cover the nose and mouth and must be worn at all times unless actively consuming food or beverage. Face shields, gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable as primary face coverings.
